Mali Slanting Jug – White & Terracotta

Artisan techniques and stunning glazes, combine in this tactile Mali jug. The slanting design adds additional character. Ideal for sauces or cream and milk, it complements our Mali mugs perfectly.

These tactile pieces are produced in a small kiln, made simply from bricks and lit by an open fire. The process is time consuming, but we believe it is well worth the wait. Our Mali pottery is handmade in southern India as part of a fair-trade project. The project was established to provide training and secure employment for men and women both, from disadvantaged backgrounds.

To care for this item, we recommend washing after every use to prevent staining. Use a mild detergent and do not leave to soak. Handle with care to prevent chipping.
